New club registration! YAY!

Club Basics –
Each monthly shipment will include one skein of yarn dyed with our theme in mind, available exclusively to club members for at least six months. Registration is open to anyone interested. 
We delved into the dark, deeply saturated, broody colors of the H.P. Lovecraft universe, and explored the realm of the Greek Gods with our first two clubs, but this time we’re going to take a different trip. This round of the Little Red Bicycle yarn club will focus on a theme with the world we live in in mind. Colorways will be inspired by famous destinations, secret beaches, urban landscapes — we’ll be exploring the world we live in, one skein at a time.
Regular Club Offerings:
This club may include some of the following possible bases (though we may send out one-time-only custom bases just for fun), with one skein shipped to you monthly, beginning in August :
- Tandem - 2ply 80% superwash merino, 20% nylon; 400 yards per skein, fantastic for socks.
- Hipster – 3ply 80% superwash merino, 20% nylon; 430 yards per skein.
- Penny Farthing – 3ply 80% superwash merino, 10% cashmere, 10% nylon; 385 yards per skein, with a brilliant glow.
- Boneshaker Sock – 3ply, 80% superwash bfl, 20% nylon; 410 yards per skein.
- Dapper Sock – 3ply 70% superwash merino, 20% cashmere, 10% nylon; 400 yards per skein.
We try to send out goodies in some of our packages, so be on the look-out for little themed extras!
Luxury Club Offerings (limited slots available):
A luxury club is something we’ve wanted to do for a while, but were waiting to release until we had our bearings in the regular sock club. The luxury club is not limited to sock yarns only. You may receive lace, sock, sport, dk, or even worsted weight yarns in your shipments. We will always send enough yarn for a project, so don’t fret about the possibility of a worsted weight shipment — skeins with lower yardage will be sent in pairs.
Bases may include, but are not limited to:
- 50% superwash merino, 50% silk 2ply fingering weight yarn, 380 yards per skein.
- 60% superwash merino, 20% alpaca, 20% silk dk weight single ply yarn, 275 yards per skein.
- 70% cashmere, 30% silk 2ply fingering weight yarn, 200 yards per skein.
- 80% superwash merino, 10% cashmere, 10% silk 3ply fingering weight yarn, 400 yards per skein.
- other little luxuries, spun just for us!
Members are more than welcome to opt out of specific weights, so feel free to let us know that you’d prefer not to receive anything lighter than fingering weight, heavier than dk, etc.

Registration Details & Membership Cost –
There is an early bird discount for those registering between June 15th and June 20th for new members.
Membership for the 3 Month Regular Sock Club is $90 for shipments to residents of North America, and $105 for shipments to international residents. There are 6 Month Memberships available, as well.
Membership for the 3 Month Luxury Club is $145 for shipments to residents of North America, and $155 for international shipments.
All memberships include the cost of shipping USPS First Class. Flat rate shipping is also available to all members by selecting the “Flat Rate” option during purchase.
Month-by-Month
Monthly subscriptions are available, with automatic payment for the first month today, and subsequent payments made on the same calendar date for the following two months. For example, if you purchase your subscription on June 1st, you will pay your initial fee on June 1st, with the next two payments automatically made on July 1st, and August 1st.
If you choose to cancel your subscription after payment for any reason, please know that we cannot refund your initial payment, nor will we refund you for any subsequent shipments received.
Canadian Members…
We have noticed that USPS First Class shipments to Canadian residents can take up to three weeks. If you prefer to have your items shipped using Flat Rate service, please select the “USPS Flat Rate Canada” option. Flat Rate shipments to Canada take between 10-14 business days to arrive, and will raise the cost of the club membership from $90US to $115. The same option is available for other international members, and the price will be increased from $105US to $125US.
Shipment Details –
Shipments will be mailed out during the last week of each month. In the event of an illness, or otherwise unexpected delay, we will post to the Little Red Bicycle Ravelry Group as soon as possible to keep you in the know.
Moving? Let us know by the 15th of the month prior to any shipment, and your package will be sent to your new address. If you update your address on Paypal, we should be able to go off of that without a hitch. However, sending us a quick email with your new address is prudent, just in case.
Monthly Subscriptions:
Note: If you prefer not to receive cashmere, alpaca, or any other base for personal reasons, we will happily substitute any of our other bases for you at no additional cost. Just let us know by adding a “note to seller” during checkout. Please let us know if this is an allergy concern so that we can keep your yarn completely separate from possible contaminants!
Refunds/Returns:
We are unfortunately unable to offer refunds/returns for club shipments. We believe that part of the joy of participating in yarn clubs is the element of surprise. You never know, you may love the colorway once you start knitting with it!
